Fees & INSURANCE

Each session is $180, payable in cash, card or HSA.

I am not in-network for any insurance plans. For clients who would like to use their insurance for counseling reimbursement, I can offer all the necessary paperwork in order to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Often, plans will reimburse for my services at the “out-of-network” provider rate. The best thing you can do is call and ask your insurance company how much they will reimburse- sometimes it is as high as 100%. Each insurance plan offers different benefits so please check your specific coverage for details. 

Please know that if we do use your insurance for reimbursement, I will need to use a diagnosis code. Some people prefer not to use their insurance so that a diagnosis code will not be shared with their insurance company. 

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes, either in-person or virtual/telehealth.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

REDUCED RATE

I offer a reduced fee for a few clients at a time. If you cannot afford my full fee but would like to pursue counseling, ask about the reduced fee option.
