This time is already so sensitive: there is so much new to get used to, from your body changing, relationships shifting, to learning how to care for a baby.
Sometimes during postpartum depression or anxiety (or PMDD- Postpartum Mood Disorders) women can have scary, unsettling thoughts that they often feel too much shame to talk about.
